Q2. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. For selected locations, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
Q3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: No , you can't modify and cancel the order if placed.

Q4. Do you offer shipping all over India ?
A: Yes, we ship all over India. Shipping charges and delivery time vary depending on the destination.
Q5. How long does shipping take?
A: For domestic orders, delivery takes 3–7 business days.
Q6. How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Q7. What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns of defective product if reported to us in 24 hours of delivery , we accept returns of non defective & unused items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery . Jewellery items must be unworn and not broken or defective .
Q8. Are there any items that can’t be returned?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items are non-returnable. Sale items are also final unless damaged.
Q9. Is exchange allowed ?
A: No , currently we don't have exchange policy .

A: Our collection includes both fine jewellery and premium imitation jewellery. Product details are clearly mentioned.
